Rafael Marañón-Abreu's research includes system thinking, social networks for organization development, software process improvement and the management of labor migration. Early in his career, he served in software projects at the United Nations Headquarters, in operations at the Spanish Consulate in Moscow, and also worked as a product marketing manager launching the open source premier Voice Over IP product -VOIP Futura. Rafael is also Co-founder of the MIT Social Media Club.
