Presentation by Dr. Carolyn Bertozzi, winner of the 2010 $500,000 Lemelson-MIT Prize, at EurekaFest at MIT. Dr. Bertozzi discusses her work in manipulating processes that take place inside living cells for the purpose of engineering their surfaces as well as their secreted proteins.
