Miliband was the Foreign Secretary for the United Kingdom from 2007 to 2010. He will join CIS as a Robert E. Wilhelm Fellow in residence from April 11 through 15, 2011. He is an alumnus of the Department of Political Science Department at MIT, and he delivered the MIT Compton Lecture ( http://compton.mit.edu/ ) in spring 2010.
