This conference highlighted MIT’s role in both understanding and shaping our digital economy and featured the award-winning research of our faculty, the contributions of our alumni, and the perspectives of some of the most influential people in the digital economy. Harnessing the potential of digital technologies is both a great opportunity and a grand challenge. Attendees participated in discussions that engaged their intellect, broadened their perspective, challenged their preconceptions, and ignited their imagination. In other words, did all the things that MIT does so well. The conference was truly a celebration of innovation, technology, and the Institute.
