tinyKart: 8/21/11

tinyKart is our ultralight electric go-kart. It currently weighs 55lbs with a final target of 53lbs. The top speed is 30mph (controller limited). The custom chassis is made from aluminum plate and extrusion. It's propelled by two 2kW RC airplane motors and two electric bike controllers. The battery is a 37V/9Ah lithium polymer pack weighing 6lbs. The range is unknown.
