The Structure of an Energy Technology Revolution: Panel
Part of the fifth class in the series of IAP classes titled "Fundamentals of Science and Technology Public Policy-Making - Sci/Tech Policy Boot Camp." The lecturer is William B. Bonvillian, Director at the MIT Washington Office. Class Five will review the challenges to the energy innovation system, including both institutional organizational challenges and underlying economic challenges, affecting energy technology advance. Given the political collapse of "cap and trade" proposals for pricing carbon, the class will look at alternative pathwats by which an energy transformation could evolve.
