Structured gel turns colors based on stimuli
In this video, MIT researchers add ammonium chloride in solution to the tunable gel, changing the gel's color. Washing the ammonium chloride away returns the gel to its original color. Full story

I would like to know if they had any luck changing the color in response to an applied voltage yet. This could prove useful for autodimming applications for glass. Can someone there contact me about this?
