I don’t think the scientific debate on global warming is over, what do you think about this argument?
The idea that man-made pollution is responsible for global warming is not supported by historical fact. The period known as the Holocene Maximum is a good example— so-named because it was the hottest period in human history. The interesting thing is this period occurred approximately 7500 to 4000 years B.P. (before present)— long before humans invented industrial pollution.

But that does not mean that we should not improve our current systems of production and consumption! Just look at what you are wearing! a mix of polymers treated with a mix of additives to give them better “quality” we produce and consume substances that have unknown consequences to our health and the health of the environment! (human breast milk is the example) the problem is that we are not responsible for our actions (just take a tour to your city landfill! or look at the hypoxia in the Gulf of Mexico) if we are to be sustainable we have to live in this planet in harmony with its natural cycles! without altering them! THE PROBLEM OF PRODUCTION HAS NOT YET BEEN SOLVED! But the question is What life style do we want? Does consumerism bring happiness, health, love and wisdom? SAMUEL BAUTISTA LAZO
