Max Brand (GEL '11) Delivers: Personal Leadership Development Portfolio presentation
During his two years in GEL, Max Brand developed key engineering leadership skills that will help him excel in his chosen engineering career path. Watch this video and discover the skills he developed!
One of the requirements to complete successfully the GEL Two Year program is the personal leadership development plan (PLDP). The PLDP is a personalized guide to developing the Capabilities of Effective Engineering Leaders, the cornerstone document of the Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program. The final step in GEL is a compelling presentation of the evidence portfolio to a program review committee.
This year, selected students were invited to share their PLDP with the entire GEL class: In this video, Max Brand (GEL '11) shares the engineering leadership traits he developed during his two years in GEL.
