Matt Rodriguez (GEL '11) Shares Engineering Leadership Skills He Honed in GEL
In this video, Matt Rodriguez (GEL '11) shares the engineering leadership traits he developed during his two years in GEL.
One of the requirements to complete successfully the GEL Two Year program is the personal leadership development plan (PLDP). The PLDP is a personalized guide to developing the Capabilities of Effective Engineering Leaders, the cornerstone document of the Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program. In this engineering leadership program, the final step is a compelling presentation of the evidence portfolio to a program review committee.
