Saint Thomas Academy InvenTeam: Presentation

The Saint Thomas Academy from Mendota Heights, Minn., received a 2008 InvenTeam grant from the Lemelson-MIT Program to invent an electric motorcycle with compressible "crush zones" for urban commuter safety. The InvenTeam presented its invention at EurekaFest at MIT in June 2008.

Awesome concept, part of the reason I like riding a motorcycle is to feel the wind go through my hair. Very nice though, 60 miles per hour have you had it close to that speed?
