I thought President Hockfield's address was eloquent and moving. As a parent of a member of the MIT class of 2011, this brought back moving memories of our son's Freshman Convocation last year. His first year at MIT was truly amazing, and I really believe that MIT is a remarkable place where creative passion is turned loose and where the learning and work done every day has and will continue to benefit humankind.
