Jason Chen, a 2012 graduate of the MIT Leaders for Global Operations program, talks about his experience as a member of a student team in the Product Design and Development course. Jason describes how the course offered him many opportunities to build his leadership abilities, and that he observed in other teams that it was often LGO students who were able to bring together teams of people with diverse abilities and backgrounds to function effectively.
