"Blast Off" Engineering Leadership Lab, 9-28-12
Many of you have asked what sort of things we do in the Gordon-MIT Engineering Leadership Program's weekly Engineering Leadership Labs (ELLs).
In this video of our "Blast-Off" ELL on September 28, Gordon Engineering Leaders (GELs) practiced the skills of decision making, ingenuity, resourcefulness, urgency to deliver, interpersonal skills, and structured communications as they worked in teams to deliver a product (a water propelled rocket) on time, on budget, to specifications.
