Upper Darby High School InvenTeam: Presentation

Upper Darby High School from Drexel Hill, Penn., received a 2006 InvenTeam grant from the Lemelson-MIT Program to invent an omni-directional wheelchair. The InvenTeam presented its prototype at MIT, upon completion of the grant. As demonstrated, the wheelchair is capable of translational, lateral and rotational movements.
