Scot Frank: SolSource

Scot Frank ’09 participated in the Public Service Fellowship program, the MIT IDEAS Competition, and Student Leaders in Service. Scot was also part of the 2008 IDEAS Team, SolSource Project, which received the Yunus Challenge Award for their innovative design of a solar cooker intended to withstand high winds on the plateau of Western China while remaining light enough to be portable. In 2009, Scot was a member of two award winning IDEAS teams, Global Citizen Water Initiative and Heat Source Textiles.
